Who We Are: DuPage PADS serves the homeless in DuPage County with the mission to end homelessness and provide food and shelter for those in need. Founded 25 years ago by the Human Needs Coalition of DuPage County, DuPage PADS has grown to offer interventions and services that prevent homelessness. The organization is held together by over 4,000 volunteers who provide critical services to over 1,000 individuals and families in DuPage County.
Why Vote for Us: If DuPage PADS wins the 21st Century Beetle, they would raffle off the car at one of their annual fundraisers. The proceeds from the sale of the car would support community case management to secure housing for families. This initiative will assist 45 families to obtain income and housing.
