Who We Are: We Grow Dreams, Inc. was founded to create a social entrepreneurial business for the purpose of providing job training and employment opportunities for people with disabilities. There are more than 45 jobs for the individuals who participate in their program as Team Members. Their mission is to provide these individuals who have disabilities the opportunity to lead fulfilling lives and to work in a supportive, safe environment while serving the community.
Why Vote for Us: If We Grow Dreams wins the 21st Century Beetle, they will use it as a raffle prize in their 2012 Fall Fest Open House. The proceeds from the raffle ticket sales will be used for the greenhouse repairs needed to maintain a safe and productive environment for the Team Members. These improvements would extend the Team Member’s work in the greenhouse as well as provide a general community benefit.
